According to Bulgarian Ministry of Education and Science, the best Universities for studying Fine Arts are:
1. National Academy of Art - 64 out of 100 points
2. New Bulgarian University - 52 points
3. South-West University "Neofit Rilski" - Blagoevgrad - 48 points
4. Academy of Music, Dance and Fine Arts - Plovdiv - 46 points
5. "St. Cyril and St. Methodius" University of Veliko Tarnovo - 45 points
6. Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" - 42 points
As you can see, this time we don't have enough Universities for Top 10, but I think these 6 are good and they deserve our attention.
