1. American University in Bulgaria - 73 out of 100 points
2. Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" - 73 points again, alphabetically second
3. University of National and World Economy - Sofia - 67 points
4. New Bulgarian University - 57 points
5. EU - Varna - 55 points
6. "D. A. Tsenov" Academy of Economics - Svishtov - 54 points
7. "Todor Kableshkov" University of Transport, Sofia - 53 points
8. Plovdiv University "Paisii Hilendarski" - 51 points
9. Higher School of Insurance and Finance - 50 points
10. "St. Cyril and St. Methodius" University of Veliko Tarnovo - 49 points
